Anecta advises Svenska Tungdykargruppen in sale to Storskogen

Svenska Tungdykargruppen is a diving and maritime construction company with many years of experience in all diving and water-related work. The company currently has diving and maritime contracts both in and outside of Sweden and carries out work such as construction and repairs of bridges, quays and power stations. Services also include conduit systems, dredging and environmental rehabilitation as well as research and surveying.

We are very happy to get Storskogen as a new long-term and financially-strong main owner. Together with Storskogen we are looking forward to continuing to grow the company and making the most of the development opportunities on the market.
