Anecta has acted as financial and strategic advisor to the owners of Hyrpoolen in the sale to IK Partners’ portfolio company Renta.

Per Gustavsson and Johan Gustavsson have since the beginning been owners of Hyrpoolen and have established Hyrpoolen as a leading rental company of construction machines, scaffolding and similar equipment in the Greater Stockholm area. The operations expanded in 2017 to rental of sheds and trailers, which has contributed to continued profitable growth. Hyrpoolen has two depots in Stockholm, one in Nacka and one in Haninge, with in total more than 30 employees and annual turnover of around 70 SEKm.
