Anecta advises the owners of Låssmeden i Norrköping in sale to Prosero Security Group

Prosero Security Group continues to grow strategically and now acquires Låssmeden i Norrköping. Låssmeden has a regional market-leading position and will strengthen the Prosero Group’s position in Östergötland.

Through the acquisition of Låssmeden, we will get even closer to our clients in the Norrköping region. Låssmeden’s services complement what we offer in the region and create great conditions for collaboration especially with Passera which has a branch in Norrköping.

Låssmeden was founded in 1995 and has been a family company since 1976. They currently specialise in electronic and mechanical locks, access control systems and door automation.

We believe this will be a powerful journey together with the other companies that are part of Prosero. Letting go of a family business as the third generation would not have felt right if Prosero had not taken over as the new owner, as they fully share in our visions and views for the future.
