Anecta advises Miss Group in the acquisition of UAB Interneto vizija

Miss Group continues its aggressive growth journey by acquiring Lithuanian market-leading webhosting and data centre company UAB Interneto vizija with head office in Vilnius.

UAB Interneto vizija (IV) was founded in 2003 in Lithuania and is currently the market leader in webhosting. With 68,000 clients and 170,000 registered domains, they make up the majority of Lithuania’s domains. The acquisition also includes subsidiary company RackRay which supplies the company’s data centre.

This acquisition creates a platform allowing for strategic expansion in the Baltics. Interneto vizija is a fantastic business that we look forward to welcoming to Miss Group and continuing our growth journey with.
