Anecta advises the owners of Combiconsult in sale to Midroc Electro

Combiconsult was founded in 2005 by Micael Matsson, who has run the company since 2013 together with Pär Undin as CEO. The company has developed into one of the leading regional installation companies, with a wide range of services provided in all types of electrical installation such as electrical, telecommunication, data and alarm installations. The company has around 50 employed technicians and three branches around Stockholm with a head office in Danderyd. Anecta was an advisor for the owners.

We see this as an opportunity to take us to the next level in our development and enable us to strengthen our position further in the future. It is important for us to develop in the long run and as owners take active responsibility for our employees’ jobs in the future.

We have received stable support from Anecta who showed how to run an efficient M&A process in a challenging market where several buyers became very cautious. But with entrepreneurial drive and great decision-making, the Anecta team has put together the deal.
