Anecta advises Passab on the sale to Friab

Friab is a care group based in Helsingborg. Historically, the focus of the activities has been on children, young people and adults who have fallen into difficulties due to mental illness and who need support and treatment for change.

In its growth strategy, Friab has now decided to also become active in personal assistance. As part of that strategy, Personlig Assistans i Södra Sverige AB (Passab) was acquired in January 2021.

Passab is an assistance company based in Malmö. The company’s two owners have solid industry experience. To meet the general changes in the industry, the owners wanted to find a new long-term ownership structure that can continue to develop the company further in the future.
