Anecta completes another successful transaction in the sale of Dalarnas InfraEntreprenad to Eleda

Dalarnas InfraEntreprenad has been acquired by Eleda with Anecta as advisor to the sell-side. Eleda acquires 100% of the company with a strong financial year with sales of SEK 100m and EBIT of 16m.

We are happy about Eleda as the new owner, and therefore being a part of one of the largest players in the Nordic market. Anecta managed a fantastic process which resulted in a wide selection of potential buyers with a great final closing.
