Duschprodukter Sweden förvärvas av Volati där Anecta agerat rådgivare på säljsidan

Duschprodukter Sweden is acquired by Volati, where Anecta has acted as advisor on the sell-side.

Anecta closes another successful transaction as advisor to the sell-side when Volati acquires Duschprodukter Sweden.

The company was founded in 1974 by Nils Larsson, who started to produce bathrooms products such as shower cabins, shower curtains, toilet seats, shower hoses, and other related products. Duschprodukter Sweden has developed long-term relationships with large retailers such as K-Rauta, Bygghemma and Hornbach which have resulted in long-term growth with sales of SEK 100m and an EBITDA-margin of approximately 7%. The transaction is a natural step for the owners who are satisfied with Volati as the new owner:
