Anecta Advises Radiator VVS on its Sale to Consolid Equity


Anecta has acted financial and strategic advisor to Radiator VVS on its sale to investor Consolid Equity.

Radiator VVS was founded in 1924 in Örebro, Sweden and has since then established itself as the largest privately owned installation company in the Nordics. Since 2016, Radiator VVS has been owned by Mikael Eliasson, Jan Hallgren, Mikael Johansson, Mattias Persson and Dan Pettersson. During this time, Radiator VVS has more than doubled revenue and profitability. For 2023, Radiator VVS had a turnover of approximately 1 billion SEK.

Radiator VVS has a niched offering within HVAC and plumbing, industrial pipes, and district heating for public and private sector as well as private households in Sweden. During the last few years, Radiator VVS has expanded the number of branches. During 2023, branches were launched in Eskilstuna, Kramfors and Umeå. In total, Radiator VVS has 23 branches, from Växjö in the south to Umeå in the north.

Consolid Equity is a Swedish investor within business services in Northern Europe, with the goal to build leading businesses within their focus areas. Consolid Equity applies an accelerated buy-and-build strategy to consolidate the industries its portfolio companies are active in. Since the start, Consolid Equity has completed more than 130 acquisitions.
