Anecta advises Spares Nordic in sale to Verdane
Spares Nordic is one of the Nordic Region’s leading B2B distributors of spare parts and accessories for smartphones and tablets. With a cross-border network, the company supplies original parts and accessories for the majority of the world’s biggest brands to repairers on the Nordic market. Before the acquisition process, their turnover totalled SEK 136 million with an operating profit of around SEK 15 million. With Anecta as an advisor, Spares found a new ownership structure together with Verdane where both actors saw eye to eye in the company’s valuations, identified growth potential and future goals.
We are unbelievably happy and satisfied with the whole transaction process and the professional support we have received from Anecta. We are now armed for a continued growth journey with Verdane with good business prospects
