Anecta has acted as financial and strategic advisor to Beslag Design in the sale to Salix Group, a business area of Volati.

Beslag Design is a Swedish family business founded in 1972 in Båstad by Stig Bergström, where the third generation Bergström has been active in the company for several years now. The company offers fittings and other furnishing details for both home and public environments, through a large network of retailers and its own e-commerce. In 2023, Beslag Design had a turnover of around SEK 187 million, largely driven by its own e-commerce and subsidiary Beslag Online, which between 2020 and 2023 achieved an annual revenue growth of more than 50%.

Building strong platforms is a central part of Volati’s value creation. Through the acquisition of Beslag Design, we continue to build Salix Group as an independent business area with a clear industrial logic. The acquisition will be Salix Group’s ninth acquisition since 2020, which underlines the ability to acquire under different types of market conditions.
