Anecta Translink advises Miss Group on the acquisition of MMD Networks

Miss Group continues its rapid growth by acquiring the Finnish hosting company MMD Networks.

The acquired company is Miss Group’s second acquisition in the Finnish market and complements the previous acquisition of Euronics which was acquired in April 2020. With MMD Networks, Miss Group increases its customer base with +6,000 customers to the already existing base of 210,000 customers.

Mattias Kaneteg, founder and CEO of Miss Group gives his comment on the acquisition:
