Anecta advises Caremore on the sale to Team Olivia

In January 2021, the Team Olivia Group acquired Caremore. The acquisition was made, among other things, to strengthen the business area Individual and Family’s presence in western Sweden.

Caremore focuses on care and treatment for children and adolescents with neuropsychiatric disabilities and / or psychosocial or psychiatric problems. Caremore has seven HVB units, a resource school and a supported housing. The head office is located in Gothenburg. The company has sales of just over SEK 80 million.

We at Caremore have for over 9 years worked to offer a safe place for children and young people in need of support and treatment. Our trip has been fantastic, challenging and fun. In order to continue to develop the company and take the business to the next level, we have been looking for a new, strong and competent owner. We have now found this in Team Olivia. We are proud and happy to start a new chapter as part of Team Olivia and to continue the journey we began in 2011.
