About the transaction

Finnish Renta Group acquires the majority of YRC Rental’s depots in Stockholm and Uppsala. As a result of the acquisition, Renta expands to 35 rental depots for clients in the building and construction industry. Renta Oy established itself in Sweden through the acquisition of Stål & Hyr from Accent Equity in 2018 and has since continued to grow on the Swedish market.

We were inspired by wanting to continue being a small company and being close to our clients, at the same time as being able to make the most of the bigger company’s strengths, wide assortment of machines and services, exchanges and collaborations.
