We serve primarily of two groups of clients. Primarily we work with privately owned businesses and entrepreneurs who want to sell or acquire companies. We are increasingly engaged by private equity companies and publicly listed corporations. We assist them in seeking out and match acquisition targets, both domestic and foreign companies, or conversely, to find suitable buyers for the businesses to be divested. Our strength comes from extensive local expertise combined with an active international network that covers over 28 countries across the globe.
